Garden Gang Terms & Conditions

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the condition of the property.

The price for each job will be communicated to the customer before work begins. Any additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

A booking is confirmed once a date and time have been agreed between Garden Gang and the customer.

Customers should provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

If we are unable to access the property, the job may need to be rescheduled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

Garden Gang may need to reschedule a booking due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless another arrangement has been agreed beforehand.

Customers should inform Garden Gang about any known hazards, underground services, fragile items, pets or other conditions that could affect the work.

Garden Gang will take reasonable care when working on a property but cannot be responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.

Garden Gang aims to provide all services with reasonable care and skill.

If you are unhappy with our work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the issue and, where appropriate, work towards a reasonable solution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Garden Gang may take photos of completed work for its own records.

We may use photos of your property for public marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Garden Gang takes reasonable care when providing its services. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Garden Gang may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.

Garden Gang is chemical free. All weeding is done by hand and we do not use weed killer, herbicide, glyphosate, pesticides or any other chemical spray on your property.

Because no weed killer is used, weeds are removed by the roots where possible and some regrowth may appear after the visit. Anything that grows back can be included in a future visit.

If weeds are growing through lawn or paving we cannot clear by hand, we will tell you before starting rather than using a spray.
